Terms & Conditions

1.    Volume discounts apply, please refer to page 2, or contact our office for a quotation.

2.    A 5% discount applies to all full carton orders of one product code, for pricing please refer to the “Carton Unit Price”. Please note this discount does not apply to mixed cartons.

3.    All products in our jewellery range are costume pieces. Our jewellery range is not semi-precious.

4.    Overdue Accounts - new orders will not be shipped if there are any overdue invoices outstanding.

5.    Credit facilities will be removed if an account reminder is required for more than three consecutive invoices.

6.    Minimum order value $150.

8.    All prices are shown exclusive of GST; products that attract GST are marked with an * asterisk.

9.    Transfer of title is affected on payment of goods.

10. Claims must be made in writing within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Eventful Foods & Gifts does not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged goods that have been delivered with an ?authority to leave? instruction, signed for by a third party, or delivered by the receivers nominated carrier.

11. Initial orders are on a proforma basis only. Accounts are granted by prior arrangement only after a regular trading pattern has been established.

13. MasterCard and Visacard accepted for proforma payments free of fees, a 2% fee will be charged when a credit card is used to pay a 7 day, 14 day or 30 day accounts.
